 Start your day with a powerful blend of movement, breath, and voice set against the peaceful backdrop of the Turkish Riviera. Led by Sibel Tüzün, this 50-minute session combines the Five Tibetan Rites, daily Pranayama (yogic breathing), and voice awakening to energise the body, centre the mind, and unlock your expressive potential. Each morning features a different breathing technique, offering variety, discovery, and balance throughout the week.

Alignment & Grounding Through the Body

Many people today feel disconnected from their body, breath, and inner sense of safety. This disconnection impacts not just emotional wellbeing but also physical systems — especially the nervous and hormonal systems.

Without grounding, we live in survival mode: shallow breathing, tension, anxiety, fatigue. “Root to Rise” helps restore regulation and presence by reconnecting to the body’s natural anchors: feet, spine, breath, and voice.

Step into a calming circle of shared sound and presence. In this weekly session, we explore a new mantra each time — from ancient Sanskrit chants to modern heart-based affirmations. 

Through repetition, rhythm, and silence, you’ll experience the grounding power of collective voice and the quiet strength it brings.

At the XO Cape Arnna Choir, we sing songs that lift your heart!  You’ll feel the warmth of Let It Be, the joy of Three Little Birds, and the emotional power of Stand By Me and Angels.

We bring voices together in timeless anthems like Lean On Me, This Is Me from The Greatest Showman, and Do You Hear the People Sing? from Les Misérables.

You’ll also find fun, uplifting pop like Firework, Perfect, Brave, Count on Me, and Happy — plus simple rounds and original chants taught by ear.

 Just harmony, connection, and the joy of singing together.
