"EXPLORE YOUR VOICE" is a 10-week online basic voice training program that will re-introduce YOU with your voice, breath, and body and reveal your REAL VOICE.
With this unique and holistic program, you can learn about singing, speaking, posture, natural breathing techniques that you will use for the rest of your life.

You will gain awareness in your breath, voice, mind, and body during this 10 weeks training program. That awareness and simple to the point exercises will enable you to use your voice correctly and healthily. In addition, you will have immersive experiences as you interpret a song and express your feelings through music. This new information and new perspectives you will learn will provide you with positive contributions to use throughout your life.
At the end of your "EXPLORE YOUR VOICE" training, you will have a technical repertoire of exercises, meditations, and concentration exercises to continue your VOICE journey.
EXPLORE YOUR VOICE Online Basic Voice Training Program, which is planned once a year, will occur every Thursday, between 30 September and 2 December 2021, via Zoom at 5:00 PM UK time. Live broadcast lessons and QA's will take nearly 90 minutes.
Those who missed the live lessons and those who want to watch them again will have the opportunity to access and download the recordings of live classes and training materials from the website and youtube. (PDF, MP3, and MP4)
You will follow your progress and get a one-on-one evaluation of your performances from Sibel by following the assignments and studies given in the private CLASSROOM for EXPLORE YOUR VOICE participants.
Also, you will be able to take advantage of Sibel's experiences by doing one-on-one coaching sessions with Sibel Tuzun twice during the program.
You will have indefinite access to supporting training materials, alternative exercises, lectures, meditation recordings, and social shares in the EXPLORE YOUR VOICE Facebook group and our YouTube channel.
At the end of the 10-week training, you will be qualified to the EXPLORE YOUR VOICE Basic Voice Training Program Participation Certificate.
When we practice safe voice exercises with mindful repetitions, our voice skills increased amazingly as a result. You will experience about 60 different approved exercises for many voice problems such as trembling or cracking of voice. Some of the exercises will help you learn how to reach high or low notes, control, and empower your voice.
Our hearing sensibility directly affects our ability to produce our VOICE. You will experience deep listening to your own voice and external sounds and feeling the vibrations of the notes; while using utilities, you will improve your skills of hearing sounds and voice them correctly.
Our most basic requirement for producing our voice and using it in a controlled manner is "BREATH." These are some of the breathing techniques you will experience by participating in the "EXPLORE YOUR VOICE" Training Program;
To connect our emotions to the words and sounds we use while singing makes our voice and words unique and authentic to us. When we deepen in our emotional world, we get rid of imitation sounds and pretend feelings and achieve our natural VOICE. During EXPLORE YOUR VOICE program, we enter our emotional library with confidence and experience interpreting songs as ourselves, using our own voice, words, expressions, and body language.
Techniques used in personal development studies, such as increasing awareness, focusing, staying in the moment, letting go, make a great contribution to us in VOICE training and use. We need a calm and healthy mind to control our voice. The concentration exercises you will learn and the different meditations you will experience in EXPLORE YOUR VOICE will help you reshape the relationship you have built with your minds effortlessly and with compassion.
Although upper body activities come to mind in speech and singing acts, in reality, we actively use our entire body from the tip of our feet to the top. In our training, we prepare our body to sing in the light of ancient Tibetan Yoga, Hatha Yoga techniques, and Alexander Technique, which is essential in performing arts training. The warm-up, revitalization, regional relaxation, balancing, strengthening, cooling, and relaxation exercises you will learn in the EXPLORE YOUR VOICE Training Program will help you develop practical and beneficial habits that you can use throughout your life.
