10 Week Holistic Voice Training Programme

Explore Your Voice is a unique 10-week journey created and led by Sibel Tüzün — a London-based singer, songwriter, and trauma-informed voice professional.
Since 2021, this uplifting programme has helped participants reconnect with their voice, breath, body, and mind, rediscovering authentic sound and inner confidence through holistic voice coaching.

More than a singing course, Explore Your Voice offers a transformative experience that blends mindful breath-work, posture awareness, movement, and creativity to encourage freedom of expression and emotional balance.
Whether you are new to voice work or wish to revive your natural tone, the course provides a supportive, inclusive space to enhance communication, confidence, and overall well-being.

How the Programme Works

What to Expect

Over 10 inspiring weeks, you’ll explore the deep connection between voice, breath, posture, and awareness through simple, restorative, and practical exercises.
This guided journey helps you speak and sing with greater ease, clarity, and confidence — improving breath control, vocal strength, and emotional expression in a natural, authentic way.

By the end of the course at the Sibel Tüzün Voice Academy, you’ll have your own personal toolkit of exercises, meditations, and mindful techniques to continue your lifelong voice practice.


Two Ways to Join

  • In person in Richmond (London): small group sessions in a calm, supportive setting.
  • Online via Zoom: open to participants worldwide, with the flexibility to join live or watch the recordings later at your own pace.

All online participants also receive access to Google Classroom, where you’ll get personal feedback and can track your progress throughout the course.


Certification

Upon completion, you’ll receive an official Explore Your Voice Certificate of Participation from the Sibel Tüzün Voice Academy London — a recognition of your commitment to personal growth and vocal development.

Throughout the course, you’ll explore every dimension of your voice — from its physical and emotional roots to its expressive and creative potential.
Each element of the programme is carefully designed to strengthen your connection to breath, body, and sound, while supporting overall balance, vitality, and well-being.


VOICE
Experience over 60 carefully designed vocal exercises to develop power, pitch, clarity, and confidence.
You’ll address common challenges such as vocal tremor, cracking, limited range, or strain, learning to use your voice safely, expressively, and with joy.


EAR TRAINING
Enhance your listening awareness — both to your own sound and the world around you.
Through deep listening and vibration-based exercises, you’ll refine your sense of pitch, tone, and resonance, heightening both musicality and emotional sensitivity.


BREATH
Your breath is the foundation of your voice.
You’ll explore a variety of breathing techniques, including:

  • Natural Breathing – grounding and calming the body
  • Pranayama – yogic breathwork to expand energy and control
  • Transformative Breathwork – balancing body and mind

These practices support control, relaxation, and emotional balance.


INTERPRATATION
Connect your emotions to sound and words.
Learn to sing and speak with genuine feeling — not imitation.
Through creative exercises, you’ll explore your emotional landscape, using your voice, gestures, and body language to express who you truly are.


MIND
A calm mind creates a clear voice.
Through mindfulness, awareness, and focus-based techniques, you’ll develop clarity, confidence, and presence.
Simple meditations and concentration exercises deepen your connection with your inner self.


BODY
Your whole body contributes to your voice — from the soles of your feet to the crown of your head.
Inspired by Hatha Yoga, Tibetan Rites, and the Alexander Technique, sessions include warm-ups, balancing, strengthening, and grounding practices to improve posture, alignment, and vitality.


HEALING
Since ancient times, the voice has been a tool for healing.
Sound-based practices help release tension, soothe the nervous system, and restore harmony and balance in both body and mind.


NUTRITION
Your diet directly influences vocal stamina and tone.
