The chakra system originates from ancient Indian philosophy, describing seven main energy centres that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Each chakra is associated with specific organs, emotions, and aspects of self — from grounding and creativity to communication, intuition, and higher awareness.
When these energy centres are open and balanced, energy flows freely through the body, creating a state of harmony and vitality.
When blocked, however, this flow becomes restricted, often manifesting as tension, fatigue, or emotional imbalance.
