Explore Your Voice is a 10-week in-person programme designed to help you strengthen your voice, deepen your breath, improve posture alignment and body awareness, and express yourself with clarity and confidence.
Through vocal technique, breathwork, mindful practices and gentle movement, you will reconnect with your natural, healthy and expressive voice.
This programme is suitable for adults 18+ and welcomes all levels of experience.
The in-person format offers a calm, focused environment where you can explore your voice with real-time support and personalised guidance.
You will benefit from direct feedback, shared group energy, grounding practices, and the unique connection that develops in a live space — creating a deeper, more embodied learning experience.
An Early Bird offer is available for the first 10 registrations, and a Student Discount is offered to university, conservatoire, college and full-time learners (valid student ID required).

The chakra system originates from ancient Indian philosophy, describing seven main energy centres that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Each chakra is associated with specific organs, emotions, and aspects of self — from grounding and creativity to communication, intuition, and higher awareness.
When these energy centres are open and balanced, energy flows freely through the body, creating a state of harmony and vitality.
When blocked, however, this flow becomes restricted, often manifesting as tension, fatigue, or emotional imbalance.
Inner Balance offers a gentle yet powerful practice that uses voice, breath, and vibration to clear blockages, restore energetic flow, and awaken your natural clarity and calm.
