Voice training is incredibly important for transgender individuals, as it helps them achieve a voice that matches their gender identity, which is a key aspect of their transition. Many transgender people experience dysphoria when their voice does not align with their gender identity. I wanted to rediscover my passion for singing, find a way of de-stressing myself and work with someone who has had a massive influence on me since the age of six with her tremendous and impactful work since the early 90's and still continuing, such an icon!
Being able to learn from Sibel Tuzun significantly improved me as a person, improved my mental health, made me realise the inner strength that we all have, but most importantly my voice. With the enhancement of my voice from Sibel's magical lessons I gained optimism, courage and confidence.
Sibel's lessons are structured very delicately where you feel soothed, energised and reborn which inevitably worked in my favour as it boosted my self-esteem and gave me faith in continuing as I was lacking confidence and was unaware of my potential, but Sibel helps you find the inner qualities of your voice and works with you at a highly professional pace in unpicking what you already have but adds her musical value to it and enlightens your knowledge. I am genuinely grateful and cherish each lesson we have had as she is such an awesome talent with a plethora of accomplishments under her belt, I truly feel lucky by being taught how to sing by an icon.
Each week where I was down Sibel would fuel me with courage and cheer and make me believe I could make the impossible happen. She not only provided hope, but she also demonstrated all her 40 plus years of skills and knowledge into our lessons which enabled me to sing, open up and evolve as a person having an interest in music.
However, Sibel's lessons are very bespoke and are tailored to your needs as a person learning how to use your voice that lesson to reach your voice's optimum. The way Sibel integrates naturistic elements into her vocal lessons make it feel from the heart and makes you acknowledge the beauty of nature we're surrounded with.
Sibel is compassionate, caring and loving which she has conveyed with her music over the years and is happy to embark with you on your singing journey. I am sure you will sense the resilience, motivation and the joy which her lessons provide.

Working with Sibel was one of the best things I did for my self care.
I started with Explore Your Voice for Business sessions to strengthen my breath and voice during public speaking but sessions are much more than this.
I would define it as a 30 min self discovery journey every week, lots of fun and information with easily applicable tips and tricks into day to day life.
She is a great designer, she shapes the session balancing the mind and heart. She has a schedule but she allows my mood to overwrite. She is a mood reader! If I need care, she gives that care, if I have high energy to capture she adjusts to give the maximum, if I am sick she replaces the practises. I notice my breath more and more everyday and learning how voice is a bigger thing than just a sound coming out from my mouth. Sessions boost my self esteem, curiosity and courage!
I believe her teaching power is coming from her life experience which is a true inspiration, please read her biography if you haven’t yet! Now she is generously giving back to us and teaches to discover our own voices. This is a journey and I am grateful that she is beside me in this.
One of the most transformational training courses I have ever attended! Sibel has a unique way of offering a holistic approach to voice training. Prior to taking the course, I was suffering from dry voice and cracking throat especially in work days when I spent long hours speaking and presenting in business meetings. My energy level was poor. Sibel's voice training course equipped me with skills to improve my breathing, voice control and articulation, body flexibility and posture. I learned a lot about wellbeing and mindfulness practices, and started to incorporate some of them in my daily routine as much as possible. I am very pleased to say, after a few months of practice, I no longer have problems with my vocal health and my energy level is much higher. Sibel is an exceptional teacher and a very supportive coach. I am looking forward to joining her other programmes.
